Our Bakery-Cafes & Serving Our Guests Safely

We are taking extraordinary precautions to ensure we can continue to safely serve our communities with their JW Pastry favorites at home. We believe good food should be accessible to all, and JW Pastry can help people with an easy, wholesome meal everyone will love during these trying times.  

·Dining Rooms: JW Pastry continues to take a safety-first, guided by a detailed set of brand standards as well as the guidance of federal, state, and local governments. With the safety of JW Pastry associates, guests and communities top of mind, bakery-cafes will continue with strict safety measures while also offering best-in-class off-premise options as dining rooms reopen on a rolling basis.

·Expansion of off-premise, “to-go” options:  Guests can order JW Pastry via Curbside Pick-Up, Online, and Delivery via the JW Pastry  Website.  We have implemented a social distancing policy within our bakery-cafes and are adhering to all governmental regulations regarding occupancy or entry.

·Requiring Masks in our Bakery-Cafes  JW Pastry guests are asked to wear a mask inside our bakery-cafe. To ensure the safety of our associates and guests, masks are required at all times, except while seated and eating or drinking.

If any customer does not have or want to wear a mask for any reason, we will happily serve them via JW Pastry Curbside delivery

·Contactless Delivery & Mindful Packaging: All JW Pastry deliveries are contactless –delivery drivers will only leave your meal at your front door, front desk or the location of your choice, and you’ll receive a text message or phone call when it arrives.

·Enhanced cleaning & sanitization procedures: We continue to follow enhanced protocols for cleaning and sanitizing our bakery-cafes, including cleaning more frequently and adding additional cleanings with peroxide solutions in high-touchpoint locations.

·Hand Sanitizer Stands: There are hand sanitizer stands in all of our bakery-cafes.
